6 PORT HYDRAULIC DIVERTER SELECTOR VALVE 60-80 LPM 1/2 BSP PORTS 12/24 VDC SOLENOID. Also Known as a Selector Valve this 60-80 lt/min 12- or 24-Volt Dc unit has 1/2 BSPP ports and is operated by a continuously rated Wet pin solenoid coil. This valve is capable of diverting from one hydraulic circuit to another at a different flows and pressures. This diverter / selector can be connected to the service line (A and B ports) of a directional flow control valve and then used to direct these flows to and from either of two separate devices. If more than two circuits are to be controlled then additional units can be stacked together (maximum of 3), minimizing the need for pipes hoses and fittings. This diverter / selector valves can also be connected to a pump and used to direct the flow to either one of two different circuits (Pump flow must be protected with relief valve or stopped first before selecting). 12 v or 24v 6 port diverter valve. It is ideal for turning one hydraulic circuit into two. (Only one function will work at a time) It comes with closed centres only. Please note we only have closed centres in this 1/2 size. These are stackable’ if required. You can bolt them together to give you extra functions. This is a 1/2 BSPP port unit capable of 60lpm – 80lpm. The 60lpm model is capable of up to 250 bar / 3600 PSI and the 80lpm is capable of up to 315 bar / 4560 psi pressures. Please note, over 2250 psi / 150 bar, this 1/2 port needs a low-pressure case drain hooked up. There is a 1/4 Bspp port on the end for this purpose. If there is any internal leakage, oil can seep out of this rather than pressurise the valve. Plumb this hose back into the tank. These diverters are also’stackable’ (see photos). These means you could stack eg. 3 x 6 port diverters to achieve four different functions. For wiring, just use the two terminals opposite each other, ignore end terminal. A1 & A2 are pressure in, B1, B2 are normally open functions, & C1, C2 are new function when energised.
