Item is brand new, never been used or installed. Prince RD-1450 – Double Pilot Operated Lock Valve. Locks a cylinder in place when a directional control valve is in the neutral position. When oil is directed to one of the valve ports, it flows freely to the corresponding cylinder port. The pressure on that port shifts the pilot spool, opening the opposite check valve to allow oil to return. Also acts as a safety device to prevent unintended cylinder movement when the pump is off. Max pressure: 3,000 PSI. Max flow: 30 GPM. Port size: ½ NPTF. Body: Cast iron, made in the USA. Common applications: Dump trailers, log splitters, tractor loaders, boom lifts – anywhere you need a cylinder to hold its position safely under load.
